We’re recruiting a Territory Manager to manage and grow our new client working on a large global brand in the Exeter area. You’ll build strong relationships with store decision‑makers within the grocery channel, negotiate additional displays and increase distribution and visibility for well‑known household brands. This role is ideal for someone with field sales experience who enjoys autonomy, building relationships, and seeing the direct impact of your work in store. What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage your own territory, working closely with the Regional Sales Manager and a friendly, supportive field team.
- Manage a FMCG grocery territory and plan visits around store manager availability to maximise opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key decision makers.
- Negotiate additional displays and promotional activity.
- Drive distribution, availability and compliance across agreed product ranges.
- Drive sales based on a solid selling story around our brands and category.
What We’re Looking For

- Experience working in field sales or similar role.
- Strong communications skills.
- Excellent time management and territory planning ability.
- Be self-motivated and results-driven.
- A full UK Driving License (no more than 6 points and no previous bans).

- Merchandising or POS executive experience.
- Direct selling skills.
