Location: Kilburn & Surrounding areas (Ideal postcode NW6)

Type: Permanent, full time – 40 hours per week

Salary: £32,000 basic + 20% bonus

Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi‑beverage supplier in the UK, offering iconic beer and soft drink brands such as Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti, Brooklyn, Hobgoblin, Wainwright, and soft drinks like J2O, Robinsons, Tango, London Essence, and the UK rights to Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Iced Tea, and Rockstar Energy.

What You’ll Do

In this role you will help grow Carlsberg Britvic market share within your defined territory. You will work with a Regional Sales Manager, maintain face‑to‑face contact with Convenience (Symbol & Independent) retailers, and deliver a business plan focused on maximizing sales opportunities.

  • Building outstanding relationships with retailers, understanding their needs and local consumers, and executing effective solutions.
  • Using a full category‑based selling approach to grow every outlet.
  • Creating a winning territory business plan and focusing on business development to grow sales and market share.
  • Applying data and evidence‑based successes to drive best practice across the team.
  • Adapting and offering alternative approaches to win over stores.

About You

You are fun, passionate, driven, and target‑oriented, bringing brands to life. You thrive on being the key contact for customers, driving new business, and maintaining sustainable relationships. You are eager to win, advocating our brands and putting consumers at the heart of our sales. You have strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in direct sales, convenience, or FMCG is desirable. Good administration, organisational, and planning skills, with commercial acumen and negotiation techniques. You are self‑motivated, IT and social media literate. You are strong, resilient, and able to act quickly. You will participate proactively as part of a team. You hold a full valid manual driving licence, you are eligible to work in the UK, and you live within a 60‑minute commute from the role location.

What We Offer

Starting salary of £32,000, with the opportunity to earn a 20% quarterly bonus based on targets. A company vehicle and fuel card.

Note: This role requires a full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points or previous bans). All offers are subject to successful completion of a DVLA licence check.
