Avid Personnel are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their client's team operating out of their Shrewsbury based facility. Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their award-winning aftersales team.
About the role:
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between customers and the workshop team. You'll greet customers, manage their service and repair needs, and ensure they receive a seamless experience from start to finish.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers and booking in service and repair appointments
- Providing clear and accurate service advice and estimates
- Liaising with the workshop and keeping customers updated throughout the day
- Upselling additional products and services where appropriate
- Managing invoicing and handover of vehicles on collection
- Signposting customer surveys to secure great feedback!
About you:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the motor trade is essential
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident using dealer management systems (Pinnacle, 1Link, Motability) (Training provided)
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a friendly, professional team
- Passionate about delivering a first-class customer experience

- 22 days annual leave increasing to 25 days with length of service
