We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team on a permanent dayshift basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment across our facilities, ensuring optimal operational performance. Duties
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems and machinery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Repair or replace faulty components, including motors, switches, relays, and circuit boards.
- Programme and maintain programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to optimise equipment performance.
- Use AutoCAD software for updating schematics and layout drawings as required.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan and execute complex repair projects.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by supporting internal teams with technical guidance when needed.
