We’re now looking for skilled and experienced Responsible Pharmacists to join us on our mission to provide outstanding clinical care and lead innovation in pharmacy services.
What You’ll Do
As the Responsible Pharmacist you’ll lead the day‑to‑day operations of your branch and ensure the highest standards of safety, service and clinical delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Responsible Pharmacist during operational hours
- Use Titan PMR to streamline dispensing and focus more on patient care
- Deliver a wide range of NHS and private services (e.g. vaccinations, consultations)
- Ensure compliance with GPhC, NHS and company governance policies
- Support and develop pharmacy teams ensuring a safe and positive work environment
- Build strong relationships with GPs, PCNs and local community health groups
- Promote and participate in public health campaigns
- Drive continuous improvement in service safety and customer care
What We’re Looking For
- GPhC-registered Pharmacist (essential)
- Master’s degree in pharmacy (MPharm)
- Previous experience in a community pharmacy setting
- Confidence in delivering both NHS and private clinical services
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Patient‑focused with a commitment to excellent service
- Comfortable with technology and modern pharmacy systems
