Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Manage: Oversee the pharmacy team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a high standard of service.
  • Drive Clinical Excellence: Expand and deliver both NHS and private clinical services, supporting patients with expert care.
  • Ensure Compliance: Uphold professional and regulatory standards, ensuring full adherence to GPhC guidelines and NHS requirements.
  • Enhance Operational Efficiency: Utilize technology, including Titan PMR, to optimize prescription processing and patient safety.
  • Engage with the Community: Build strong relationships with GP practices, health boards, and local health groups to enhance service delivery.
  • Manage Performance & Budgets: Take ownership of commercial store targets, stock control, cash management, and staff development.
  • Promote Health & Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for both staff and customers, adhering to health and safety policies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • NVQ Level 2 Dispenser or Technician qualification / Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT).
  • GPhC registration as a Technician or ACT.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with a passion for customer and patient care.
  • Experience in community pharmacy with a focus on clinical service delivery.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with healthcare professionals and colleagues.
  • A proactive, innovative approach to pharmacy services and patient care.
