Your New Role with Avicenna:

You will be the first point of contact for our customers and patients, providing advice or referring to the Pharmacist when appropriate. You will promote pharmacy services and adhere to protocols. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing queues and patient expectations
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality
  • Understanding stocked lines and their benefits to customers
  • Ensuring a welcoming, clean, and professional pharmacy environment
  • Facilitating face-up shelving and managing gaps

Through training provided by Avicenna, you will qualify as a Medicine Counter Assistant within 6-12 months.
