Your Role as a Qualified Dispenser:

  • As a key member of our pharmacy team, you'll play a vital role in delivering safe, efficient, and friendly service to the local community.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
    • Accurately dispensing prescriptions and preparing (MDS).
    • Verifying prescriptions and checking stock availability.
    • Providing outstanding customer service and advice.
    • Supporting other pharmacy services and spotting opportunities for growth or improvement.
    • Helping identify possible drug interactions and ensuring appropriate follow-up with the pharmacist.

What We’re Looking For:

  • We’re looking for someone who is:
    • NVQ Level 2 qualified in Pharmacy Dispensing (essential).
    • Experienced in a customer-focused environment — ideally in community pharmacy or retail.
    • Friendly, caring, and confident when interacting with patients.
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety and excellent service.
