This is a full-time, on-site role for a Care Supervisor based in Kirkcaldy. The Care Supervisor will oversee care service delivery, ensuring that all clients receive high-quality and individualized care. Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and supervising care staff

- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Ensuring compliance with care standards and protocols
