Working cross-functionally will be a key success factor for this role, with support and attendance essential at production cell daily stand-ups and regular customer (programme) reviews.

In addition, collaborating closely with Commodity buyers will be a fundamental element of the role, to ensure the Project Specialist is fully enabled and empowered to identify and mitigate delivery risk, and manage and resolve delivery issues, across ACS UK OEM and AFM (Spares) demands, in a thriving NPI production environment. A key aspect will therefore also be establishing effective supplier relationships and driving supplier performance, particularly in delivery and quality activities.
