  • Performing general office duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence
  • Maintaining and updating office records, databases, and filing systems
  • Preparing and distributing reports, memos, and other documents as required
  • Managing the inventory of stationery supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely reordering
  • Coordinating the distribution and tracking of uniforms for ground handling staff

  • Have Experience in creating comms\'/newsletters and Power BI would be a great advantage.
