Shift Pattern: Rotational 4 on 4 off (including a combination of day and night shifts)

We’re seeking an Airside Performance Manager to play an integral role in our aviation contract, delivering a first-class service and achieving fantastic results.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
- Responsible for the control and delivery of the day to day operational requirements of the Back of House operation
- Liaising directly with the customer
- Management of departmental budgets
- Delivery of a high quality and efficient operation
- Responsible for internal and external KPIs as well as maintaining safety standards and legal compliance
- Provide management information accurately and on time using the IT tools available
- Be able to manage and develop the team taking direct responsibility for the performance of the managers reporting to you
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

- Previous Aviation experience preferably at Gatwick Airport – Desirable
- Currently working at a Shift Manager Level or above
- Ability to manage HR functions at site level
- Ability to adapt your communication style
- Ability to manage teams through your direct reports providing timely and effective feedback
- Financially astute
- Full manual driving license
