Contract Type: Permanent (Full Time)

Location: London Gatwick Airport

Shift Pattern: Rotational 4 on 4 off (including a combination of day and night shifts)

We’re seeking an Airside Performance Manager to play an integral role in our aviation contract, delivering a first-class service and achieving fantastic results.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

  • Responsible for the control and delivery of the day to day operational requirements of the Back of House operation
  • Liaising directly with the customer
  • Management of departmental budgets
  • Delivery of a high quality and efficient operation
  • Responsible for internal and external KPIs as well as maintaining safety standards and legal compliance
  • Provide management information accurately and on time using the IT tools available
  • Be able to manage and develop the team taking direct responsibility for the performance of the managers reporting to you

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

  • Previous Aviation experience preferably at Gatwick Airport – Desirable
  • Currently working at a Shift Manager Level or above
  • Ability to manage HR functions at site level
  • Ability to adapt your communication style
  • Ability to manage teams through your direct reports providing timely and effective feedback
  • Financially astute
  • Full manual driving license

  • Be able to provide five years address history
  • Be able to provide five years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
  • To obtain a full airside ID
