Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support to operational management and aligned functions, ensuring compliance with statutory legislation, CAA guidance, and DHL standards.
- Support the rollout of HSE standardisation and improvement initiatives aligned with DHL and customer goals.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating HSE policies across the station.
- Partner with the HSE Business Partner to drive engagement and embed a Safety First & Just Culture mindset.
- Coordinate HSE activities on site, ensuring alignment and collaboration across teams.
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of health & safety regulations relevant to warehouse environments.
- Experience in a safety or operational role with safety accountability.
- Stakeholder engagement skills – able to build trust with site teams and customers.
