VIP Lounge Host – Heathrow Airport - (TW6) Do you have experience in fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels, private members' clubs, premium leisure venues, theatres, casinos, cruise ships or high-end customer service environments ?
We're recruiting Lounge Hosts to join a prestigious VIP lounge operation at Heathrow Airport, delivering a five-star experience to passengers from around the world.
The Role You'll be the face of the lounge, providing a warm welcome to guests, serving food and beverages, maintaining impeccable presentation standards, and ensuring every customer enjoys an outstanding experience.
We're Looking For Experience in premium hospitality or within corporate leisure environment Ability to work a variety of shifts Mon – Sun between 0500 hrs - 2300 hrs A 5-year checkable work/education history (2021 - present) Ability to complete a criminal record check (cost reimbursed after 4 weeks) A passion for delivering exceptional customer service Professional appearance and attention to detail Positive, team-focused attitude Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment What's on Offer?
