We’re recruiting Chefs to join a prestigious airline lounge at Stansted Airport.
This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills in a professional kitchen, preparing fresh, high-quality dishes for international travellers in a premium hospitality environment.

Rotating shift pattern: 08:30 – 16:30 14:30 – 22:30 2 early shifts, 2 late shifts, followed by 2 days off Career development and progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients, including chopping, slicing, marinating and portioning.
Follow recipes, including portion control, and deliver a high standard and consistency of presentation.
Maintaining excellent food hygiene, safety, and quality standards including a clean and organised workstation.
Ensuring food is served on time.
Supporting the wider kitchen team in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Previous experience working as a Chef within a medium to high-volume kitchen.
Available to work the rotating shift pattern.
Flexible to work weekends and Bank Holidays.
Willing to undergo a Criminal Record Check (cost refunded after 4 weeks).
Be able to provide a full 5-year employment and address history for airport security clearance purposes.
