We deliver fast, compliant, security-vetted talent to the aviation industry — helping airports, airlines, and their partners keep operations running smoothly and safely. Now we are hiring a driven sales professional who has experience of selling a range of recruitment solutions who can win new business, grow key accounts, and become a trusted partner to our airport-based customers.
Your Mission
- Build a pipeline and convert new opportunities with airport-based companies, support services companies.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Promote our specialist recruitment and aviation security vetting solutions with confidence and credibility (training provided).
- Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation/prospecting to contract signing and beyond.
- Consultatively sell a range of recruitment delivery models such as contingent, retained RPO, Exclusive, MSP or single point delivery.

- £40,000 - £45,000 basic + £20k OTE.

What You will Bring
- Proven B2B sales success in a similar role from a recruitment background selling with extensive knowledge of temporary, contract or permanent recruitment models.
- Lead generation experience using a wide variety of lead generations tools ideally LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Confidence in preparing and delivering presentations with impact.
- Ability to combine hunter mentality with relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivation, resilience, and readiness to travel to UK airports.
- UK Driving licence.
