Do you have experience in fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels, private members' clubs, premium leisure venues, theatres, casinos, cruise ships or high-end customer service environments? We're recruiting Lounge Hosts to join a prestigious VIP lounge operation at Heathrow Airport, delivering a five-star experience to passengers from around the world.

The Role

You'll be the face of the lounge, providing a warm welcome to guests, serving food and beverages, maintaining impeccable presentation standards, and ensuring every customer enjoys an outstanding experience.

We're Looking For

  • Experience in premium hospitality or within corporate leisure environment
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts Mon – Sun between 0500 hrs - 2300 hrs
  • A 5-year checkable work/education history (2021 - present)
  • Ability to complete a criminal record check (cost reimbursed after 4 weeks)
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Professional appearance and attention to detail
  • Positive, team-focused attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment

What's on Offer?

  • Pay rates between £13.50 - £14.91 per hour (depending on your experience)
  • Full-time hours (37.5 - 40 hrs per week)
