We specialize in providing staffing solutions to support seasonal peaks and long-term operational planning to airport operators, airlines, ground support services, freight, transport, logistics, and airport hospitality.
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to collaborate with senior leadership to accelerate brand growth, expand our UK airport client base, and drive the promotion of our specialist recruitment and security vetting services. This is a full-time, hybrid role working from our Head Office in Castle Donington (DE74 2SA) and will involve travel to UK airports.
As the Business Development Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities for recruitment and security vetting services using a variety of lead generation solutions
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of relationships with clients and creating strategies to meet sales and growth targets
- Owning full sales cycle – from lead generation/prospecting to contract and beyond
- Commercial negotiation of contracts and pricing to deliver profitable, value-driven solutions
- Conducting industry research using our in-house Media team, Labour Market and LinkedIn Talent Insights resources
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and business success
What you will bring to the role:
- A minimum of 3 years staffing and recruitment industry experience in a similar Business Development role where your focus has been new sales
- A track record in selling a range of permanent or temporary staffing solutions.
- Experience of supporting with commercial contracts, tenders or recruitment proposals.
- Strong understanding of the UK recruitment agency market.
In return, the Business Development Manager will be offered:
- £42,000 - £48,000 basic per annum + Uncapped OTE
- Hybrid working: 2/3 days office based
