Aviation Recruitment Network Limited, which is part of the Pertemps Network Group, is one of the leading aviation recruitment suppliers in the UK to the commercial aviation industry. We specialise in Permanent and Contract airside recruitment solutions, executive search, airside vetting and pre-employment screening, and RPO services. Our company is now seeking an experienced Recruitment Delivery Manager to help us annually hire 400+ permanent entry-level cabin crew that our airline partner has retained us to source through a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) delivery model.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will set up and lead a delivery team responsible for managing the entire cabin crew recruitment and selection process.
- Run attraction campaigns, screening applications, organising, and hosting assessment centres.
- Work closely with our airline partner, ensuring that selected candidates fit their needs and expectations.
Based at our London Heathrow airport office (SL3 0AA), the Recruitment Delivery Manager and recruitment team will be required to travel to assessment centres based at Gatwick and Luton airports. The role will also require occasional weekend working to help support weekend assessment days (typically once per quarter) to help meet recruitment targets. When this occurs, time in lieu will be given. The position will initially be a 2-year fixed-term role; however, a permanent role will be offered subject to contract extension.

The Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the Recruitment Delivery Manager:
- Oversee all areas of advertising, sourcing, screening, assessing, and placing of cabin crew with a team of Recruitment Delivery Consultants.
- Using our internal and client ATS, manage talent pools from all job sources with the support of the recruitment team.
- Plan, manage and facilitate cabin crew assessment days.
- Represent the recruitment team by acting as the main liaison between the internal onboarding team, security vetting team and our client.
- Prepare and present weekly MI reporting to stakeholders by way of formal meetings.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- 3 years + talent attraction/management experience from within the UK in a senior role where you have worked in high volume recruitment, ideally from within the airline, airport, transport, logistics, hospitality, leisure or a similar environment.
- Extensive expertise in diverse talent attraction strategies, including traditional sourcing, digital recruitment, employer branding, and innovative outreach and benchmarking methods.
- Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing recruitment delivery teams to achieve hiring targets and optimise talent acquisition processes.
- Experience from an outsourcing or recruitment agency environment would be highly desirable.
- Strong IT skills - proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and applicant tracking systems.
