Aviation Recruitment Network Limited, part of the Pertemps Network Group, is a leading aviation recruitment supplier in the UK, specializing in permanent and contract airside recruitment, executive search, vetting, pre-employment screening, and RPO services.
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Delivery Consultant to support high-volume recruitment campaigns for airport roles. The role is based at our London Heathrow Airport office (SL3 0AA) for four days a week, with one remote working day.
This role requires regular travel to Gatwick, Stansted, and Luton airports for assessment days and client meetings. Occasional weekend work, typically once per quarter, is also involved, with time off in lieu provided.
The position is initially a 2-year fixed-term contract, with potential for permanence upon extension.

Job Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates through multiple channels
- Conducting high-volume telephone interviews

Key Skills & Experience
- A UK Driving Licence and ability to commute to the office 4 days a week
- Minimum 12 months experience as a Recruitment Consultant in the UK, focused on high-volume recruitment
- Experience in fast-paced RPO or similar environments
- Ability to meet hiring targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
