Would you like to be part of a team that helps Cabin Crew, Pilots and airport personnel get off to a flying start? We have an opportunity for an experienced temporary HR Administrator to join our HR team and provide post-recruitment, vetting and HR onboarding admin support. This is a temporary ongoing contract with the possibility of extension of permanency subject to business needs. This is a full-time office-based role working from our East Midlands Airport office (DE74 2SA). This role may involve minor planned travel to client meetings; therefore, a full UK driving licence is essential.

Key Duties & Responsibilities of the HR Administrator will include:
- Obtaining and processing right-to-work checks for personnel.
- Administer and apply for criminal record checks.
- Process applications for airport ID passes.
- Liaising with employees to gather onboarding information.
- Issuing employee employment contracts.
- Booking employees on to training courses.
- Update training records, HR Databases and Recruitment Trackers.
- Preparing recruitment and onboarding reports for the senior leadership team.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- A full UK Driving License.
- It is essential you have similar experience from within an HR, high-volume recruitment, or high-volume employee onboarding environment.
- Experience in utilising HR related software such as Success Factors or similar would be highly desirable.
- Strong IT skills - proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and an aptitude for in-house systems.
