We are looking for a talented and driven Chef de Partie to join a prestigious VIP Airline Lounge at London Heathrow Airport, where you’ll deliver exceptional food and service to international travellers within a fast-paced premium kitchen.
Pay rate: £13.50 TO £15.42 p/h.
Hours: Early starts from 05:30 hrs and late finishes until 22:30 hrs.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing food for service, including breakfast and an a la Carte menu.
- Assisting in the smooth running of the kitchen.
- Maintaining quality hygiene standards within the production areas.
- Ensuring deliveries are stored in a timely and effective manner, and rotating stock where necessary.
- Ensuring the kitchen runs effectively, with meals prepared on time and to the highest standards.
- Working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and set meal and portion plans.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role or as a Junior Sous Chef or experienced Commis Chef.
- Experience within a hotel, airport, restaurant, banqueting, contract catering, or similar catering environment.
- Able to commute easily and reside within travelling distance of London Heathrow Airport (some roles offer complementary staffing parking).
- Provision of a five-year checkable history and a criminal record check may be required.
