This is a full-time, Hybrid role working from our Head Office in Castle Donington (DE74 2SA) and will involve travel to UK airports.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities for recruitment and security vetting services using a variety of lead generation solutions.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of relationships with clients and creating strategies to meet sales and growth targets.
- Owning full sales cycle – from lead generation/prospecting to contract and beyond.
- Commercial negotiation of contracts.
