The UK commercial aviation industry is thriving, with passenger and cargo demand at record highs. Yet only a few agencies truly specialise in providing temporary, permanent, and RPO recruitment solutions to this fast-paced sector. We are looking for an ambitious, sales-driven experienced Recruitment Consultant who will play a pivotal role in the growth of our brand. You will focus on selling temporary and permanent recruitment solutions to clients within the commercial aviation industry. This is a great opportunity for the right Consultant to progress to Senior Consultant and support the Branch Manager in growing the team. The role will involve minor travel to UK airports for recruitment open days and client meetings.

In return, the Recruitment Consultant will be offered:

  • £29,000 - £32,000 basic per annum + £12k OTE
  • Hybrid working: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home.

Recruitment Consultant Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Selling a range of recruitment consultancy services through networking, direct sales, and social media marketing.
  • Day-to-day management and development of the recruitment team.
  • Management of client accounts and delivering exceptional service.
  • Matching candidate skills and experience to vacancies within airports and non-airport recruitment campaigns.

Recruitment Consultant Essential Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 years' experience in a 360 role from within a UK recruitment agency environment (commercial, industrial, or any specialist markets).
  • UK B2B sales experience where you have sold recruitment solutions using a variety of sales techniques.
  • Experience working to financial targets and managing client accounts.
  • Full, clean UK manual driving license with at least 12 months of driving experience.
