Aviation Recruitment Network Ltd have an exciting opportunity for an experienced team leader to join a VIP Lounge in London Heathrow Airport. The VIP Lounge is for a leading international airline priding themselves in exceptional service and high-end clientele! This is an exciting position for the right individual that offers the chance to progress long term.
Must have front of house/hospitality experience.
As a Lounge team leader you will receive:
- Starting £35,000 per annum
- Full time hours between 37.5hrs to 40hrs per week
- Company uniform and ongoing training with progression
- Criminal Record Check (DBS) re-imbursed after 4 weeks
- Free meals provided on Shift.
As lounge team leader you must have:
- Previous experience working in a similar environment or must come from a hospitality background.
- Excellent knowledge of Food and Beverages with interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to lounge service procedures and menus quickly.
- Organised and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Experience of managing or supervising a service team from diverse backgrounds.
- Must pride themselves in presentation.
- Excellent command of English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, ability to commute to Heathrow as early as 06:00am and finish late shift at 22:00pm.
Lounge team leader duties will include:
- Welcoming and assisting VIP and premium guests in a very courteous manner.
- Ensuring the highest quality of customer service is always delivered.
- Managing rota and peak times based on scheduled flights.
- Ensuring the team's presentation standards are well maintained.
- Coordinating with food and beverage services in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and ambience of the lounge is always maintained.
- Providing training for new starters.
