We at Aviation Recruitment Network LTD are recruiting for Chef-de-Partie position for a luxury branded Lounge at London Heathrow Airport - Various terminals.
Pay Rate for CDP £16.00 p/h + (£20.72 - £30.00 p/h Bank Holiday Premiums)
Shift Times: 04:30 am – 14:00 pm and 13:30 pm – 22:00 pm (4 on 2 off)
The roles will involve working shifts including weekends and Bank Holidays.
As a Chef-de-Partie, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing food for service, including breakfast and an a la Carte menu.
- Assisting in the smooth running of the kitchen.
- Maintaining quality hygiene standards within the production areas.
- Ensuring that the kitchen is running effectively, and meals are prepared on time and to the highest standards.
- Working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and working to set meal and portion plans.
Successful Chef-de-Partie will receive:
- Meal whilst on duty.
- Weekly or monthly pay.
- Full time hours between 37.5hrs or 40hrs per week.
- Designer uniform and ongoing training with progression.
To be considered for our positions:
- Experience of cooking European or Continental cuisine.
- Similar experience within a hotel, airport, restaurant, banqueting, contract catering, or similar catering environment.
- Food hygiene certifications.
- Be able to commute easily and reside within travelling distance of London Heathrow Airport.
