Warehouse Operatives required for an international Cargo company based at East Midlands Airport (DE74 2SA).
The following shift patterns are available:
- Night Shift 4 on 4 off: Mon – Sun 18:00 hrs – 06:00 hrs - 12 hr shifts
- Day Shift 4 on 4 off: Mon – Sun 06:00 hrs - 18:00 hrs - 12 hr shifts

- After 12 weeks - £12.50 ph basic + an additional payment of £6.25 p/h Night Shifts/Sat/Sun and all Overtime

Key Duties for this Warehouse Operative role will include:
- Loading and unloading air cargo from vehicles and containers
- Completing cargo paperwork
- Handling specialist cargo
- Manually loading and building cargo on to specialised pallets
- Operating specialised cargo equipment for which full training will be provided
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Ability to lift freight up to 32kg.
- Be prepared to perform manual duties in a warehouse environment and work near aircraft.
- Work rotating shifts including weekends in all weather conditions.
- Hold UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).
This is a physically demanding fast-paced role and will require the individual to work as part of a team to load cargo and freight in a safe airport environment.
The company will offer permanent roles to suitable candidates who pass their probation period.
