Would you like to be part of a team that helps Cabin Crew, Pilots and airport personnel get off to a flying start? We have an opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join our HR team and provide post-recruitment, vetting and onboarding admin support. This is a 3 month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension subject to business needs. This is a full-time office based role working from our East Midlands Airport office (DE74 2SA). This role may involve minor planned travel to client meetings; therefore, a full UK driving licence is essential.

- £24,862 rising to £25,155 after 6 months (37.5 hrs).

Key Duties & Responsibilities of the HR Recruitment Administrator will include:
- Conduct vetting checks of personnel.
- Administer and apply for criminal record checks.
- Process applications for airport ID passes.
- Contacting referees to expedite the vetting process.
- Updating CRM with accurate data and progress of vetting.
- Analysing vetting to meet compliance standards as set by the Airport ID centre.
- Conducting security interviews.
- Update training records, HR Databases and Recruitment Trackers.
- Preparing recruitment and onboarding reports for the senior leadership team.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Similar experience from within an HR, high-volume recruitment, or high-volume employee onboarding environment or administration environment.
- Confident with outbound telephone and email activities to a multitude of stakeholders.
- Strong IT skills - proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and an aptitude for in-house systems.
- This is a fast-paced role and will require the individual to work on multiple projects and perform a multitude of tasks.
