Aviation Recruitment Network (ARN) is searching for enthusiastic Cargo Warehouse Operatives to join our high-energy team at East Midlands Airport. If you’re looking for a role that’s hands-on, fast-paced, and full of opportunity - this is it.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Become a key player in the airport cargo operation:
- Loading and unloading freight from lorries and aircraft containers
- Sorting parcels and cargo (up to 20 kg) on a busy, high-speed sorting line
- Using handheld scanners to track and record shipments
- Working safely and efficiently in a secure aviation environment
We offer flexible, 7-day shift patterns such as, between the hours of 06:00 – 14:00, 14:00 – 22:00, 22:00 – 06:00. Choose the schedule that suits you.

- Warehouse Operative
