About the Role

On behalf of our client, a leading organisation in the aviation industry, JMC Aviation is currently recruiting for an Aircraft Cleaner to support their aircraft operations.

This is a hands-on, physical role requiring a high standard of cleaning and attention to detail. The successful candidate will work as part of a team on a flexible rota covering Monday to Sunday and must be comfortable working within an aircraft environment, including at heights and in confined spaces.

This is a temporary, ongoing opportunity with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out aircraft cleaning duties to the required standards.
  • Ensure assigned cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly and efficiently.
  • Work safely within an aircraft and aviation environment, following all relevant procedures.
  • Maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Work effectively as part of the cleaning team.
  • Work flexibly on a rota covering Monday through Sunday.
  • Undertake duties that may involve working at heights and within confined spaces.

Candidate Requirements

  • Good previous professional cleaning experience.
  • Comfortable undertaking a physically demanding role.
  • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Flexibility to work 3 days across 7, including weekends.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to follow instructions and relevant safety procedures.
  • Previous cleaning experience within an engineering or industrial environment.
  • Previous experience working within an aviation or aircraft environment.
