About the Role

On behalf of our client, a leading organisation in the aviation industry, we are currently recruiting for Aviation Maintenance Support personnel to support their Part-145 maintenance operations across South Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic maintenance environment with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting aircraft maintenance teams with day-to-day tasks
  • Working within stores and logistics functions
  • Carrying out engine wrapping and preservation activities
  • Assisting with general ad-hoc maintenance support duties
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety and quality requirements

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Aviation qualifications or relevant aviation maintenance experience
  • Proactive approach with strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Right to live and work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
  • Valid passport and up-to-date documentation

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of stores, tooling, or logistics processes
  • Additional aviation-related training or certifications
