About the Role
On behalf of our client, a leading organisation in the aviation industry, we are currently recruiting for Aviation Maintenance Support personnel to support their Part-145 maintenance operations across South Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic maintenance environment with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting aircraft maintenance teams with day-to-day tasks
- Working within stores and logistics functions
- Carrying out engine wrapping and preservation activities
- Assisting with general ad-hoc maintenance support duties
- Ensuring compliance with all safety and quality requirements
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Aviation qualifications or relevant aviation maintenance experience
- Proactive approach with strong teamwork and communication skills
- Right to live and work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
- Valid passport and up-to-date documentation
Desirable:
- Knowledge of stores, tooling, or logistics processes
- Additional aviation-related training or certifications
