What You’ll Do
- Carry out maintenance from strip-down through to installation on aircraft avionic systems and components
- Conduct inspections during scheduled servicing, repairs, and upgrades
- Follow approved technical documentation for both planned and unplanned maintenance tasks
- Act as a first signatory, taking responsibility for your work
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, complete all required paperwork, and prepare work for inspection
Required Skills
- Relevant aviation or military engineering apprenticeship (e.g. City & Guilds 2675/2661)
- Recent experience working on Fast Jet aircraft in a technical aviation environment
- Strong understanding of Part 145 / MAOS maintenance standards and quality procedures
- Knowledge of depth maintenance documentation
