Support helicopter maintenance and modification programmes by producing clear, accurate, and usable task cards and work instructions within a regulated aviation environment. Work closely with maintenance managers, planning engineers, and hangar‑based technicians to ensure tasks are completed safely, logically, and in full compliance with approved data.
Responsibilities
- Create, control, and maintain task cards and work cards for engineers and technicians.
- Translate complex maintenance tasks from AMMs and Service Bulletins into clear, step‑by‑step instructions.
- Ensure robust version control so the shop floor always works to the latest approved documentation.
- Validate workcards alongside technicians to ensure instructions are practical and executable.
- Work with key stakeholders to continuously improve documentation accuracy and usability.
- Support safe, efficient, and compliant aircraft maintenance activities.

- Experience working with complex engineering or technical processes.
- Ability to understand, extract, and write technical instructions in clear English.
