Job Purpose
The Part 145 Planning Engineer supports the organization in production and management of maintenance and modification projects.
Main Responsibilities And Duties
- Manages complex aircraft maintenance and modification projects to protect the critical path.
- Produces work packages in line with the customer’s requirements to ensure access, spares, tooling, manpower and third‑party service requirements are identified, ordered and available prior to the aircraft scheduled downtime.
- Coordinates acceptance of aircraft into maintenance.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience of project management within an engineering environment.
- 5 years of experience in aviation maintenance, operations, CAMO or manufacturing.
- Applicants must have experience in maintenance, repair and overhaul Part 145.
Contract Details
The role is a 6‑month contract with possible extension, based on site at Stansted Airport.
