As an Operations Assistant, you will:
- Monitor and manage the daily flying schedule, including flight planning and active flight following.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as CAMO and Maintenance for scheduled and unscheduled requirements.
- Handle permits, third-party services, and ground handling arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, regulations, and safety standards.
- Support emergency response planning and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in aviation operations is desirable.
- Strong scheduling or coordination experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence and legal right to work in the UK.
This role includes participation in a rota covering both evening and weekend shifts.
