This globally respected organisation is trusted by airlines, OEMs, and aerospace partners for its commitment to safety, quality, and precision — supporting aircraft from classic jets to next‑generation turboprops.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clear strategic leadership and drive operational excellence.
- Act as the Part‑145 Accountable Manager, ensuring compliance with CAA / EASA / FAA / TCCA regulations.
- Champion a strong Safety Management System (SMS) and compliance‑first culture.
- Deliver financial results through growth, efficiency, and profitability.
- Strengthen partnerships with customers, OEMs, regulators, and corporate stakeholders.
- Lead, develop, and empower a high‑performing management team.
- Ensure full alignment with corporate governance, systems, and group strategy.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven senior leadership experience within an aviation MRO environment.
- Direct accountability under EASA / CAA / FAA Part 145 approvals.
