Gama Aviation Bournemouth is seeking an experienced Shift Lead Engineer to join our Base Maintenance team. You will lead the engineering shift, ensure safe and timely aircraft maintenance delivery, and drive productivity while meeting customer expectations.
The role requires UK CAA Part 66 B1 or B2 with C rating and at least two aircraft type ratings, plus proven leadership in a fast-paced maintenance environment.
