Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9am-6pm OR 10am to 7pm, Fridays 9am-5pm, Saturdays 1-2X a month as needed to support career fairs and open house events

We are seeking a results-driven, student-focused Admissions Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education and skilled at guiding prospective students toward informed, life-changing academic decisions.
As an Admissions Representative, you will connect students with programs that support their goals while consistently meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outreach volume, contact-to-appointment conversion, application completion, and enrollment success. This dynamic role requires communication skills, a positive attitude, and delivery of exceptional service in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
Key Duties
- Evaluate prospective students for enrollment eligibility and program fit
- Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and in-person or virtual meetings to support applicants through each step of the admissions process
- Achieve and maintain enrollment goals by leading through personal performance
- Guide students from initial inquiry to enrollment, including appointment setting, interviews, application assistance, and follow-up
- Track student application status and ensure completion of required documentation
- Assist with recruitment events such as open houses and career fairs
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED, Associates' or higher degree preferred
Experience: Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs such as conversion rates, outreach goals, and closing ratios. One or more years of admissions experience in a proprietary (for profit), post-secondary educational setting preferred.
Skill set: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office, willing to learn new systems. A positive, team-oriented approach and willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
