At Aviation Institute of Maintenance, our Admissions Representatives (also known as Admissions Advisors or Enrollment Advisors) do more than enroll students—they help people change the course of their lives. Every day, you'll connect with prospective students who are looking for a better future through career training in the skilled trades. Using your consultative sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills, you'll help students explore their options, overcome obstacles, and confidently take the next step toward a new career.
What You’ll Do
- This is a high-energy, high-impact role. You’ll own the full student journey — from the very first phone call to enrollment day — and you’ll do it with urgency, warmth, and a relentless drive to hit your goals.
- Connect with prospective students through phone, email, and in-person or virtual meetings — and bring genuine enthusiasm to every interaction.
- Assess each student’s goals and eligibility, then champion the program that fits them best.
- Drive the full admissions cycle: inquiry, appointment setting, interviews, application completion, documentation, and enrollment.
- Hit and exceed enrollment KPIs — outreach volume, contact-to-appointment conversion, application completion, and closing ratios.
- Follow up with persistence and care — life gets in the way for students; you don’t let a good fit slip through the cracks.
- Represent AIM at open houses, career fairs, and community events with the energy and pride of someone who truly believes in what we offer.

Work Schedule:
Monday - Thursday 9 AM - 6 PM OR 10 AM - 7 PM, Fridays 9am-5pm, Saturdays 1-2X a month as needed to support career fairs and open house events.
