A Surrey-based practice in the Guildford area is recruiting for an Architectural Technician or Technologist. The practice mainly attracts high end and high value Surrey-based residential projects, both traditional and contemporary, including renovations, alterations, extensions or occasionally new builds. Their projects have a wow factor. The practice has circa twenty staff, a friendly and social culture, and a respect for work life balance. The studio is newly refurbished and located in the Guildford area with proximity to Frimley, Farnborough, Farnham, Petersfield, Horsham, Crawley, Leatherhead and Woking.
Responsibilities
- Work from the planning drawing stages through to producing construction packages and specifications for delivery.
- Visit sites during construction stages.
- Use AutoCAD to develop technical drawings and documentation.
- Take ownership of high quality, technically interesting projects with a high level of autonomy.
Qualifications
- Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist (as the role).
- Experience with AutoCAD.
