Aviation Advisors Limited in Southend-on-Sea is seeking security officers for permanent and flexible shifts. You will patrol, monitor CCTV, control access, and respond to incidents across day, night and weekend schedules. Weekly pay and a joining bonus are offered.
Shifts include day 8am–6pm or 8am–8pm (£19.50/hour), night 8pm–8am (£22.50/hour), weekends/overtime (£25.50/hour). 45–60 hours per week guaranteed with a £3,000 joining bonus paid on 5 December 2026.
