The Role

We are seeking an Investment Associate or Investment Analyst to join the London-based Investment team, reporting directly to the Head of Investment. The primary focus of the role is Continental Europe. This is a highly analytical, execution-focused position within a small, entrepreneurial team. The successful candidate will play a central role across the full investment lifecycle — from acquisition and development underwriting through to capital structuring, due diligence, investor communication and ongoing valuation oversight. The role involves regular travel across Europe.
