We are seeking an experienced professional to support a real estate business in defining and implementing a technology-driven operating model. This opportunity can be structured either as an advisory mandate or a permanent, in-house role, depending on the candidate’s profile and preferences. The objective is to assess the current setup and identify opportunities to leverage both PropTech solutions and bespoke, AI-driven tools (including agentic AI) to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a review of existing systems, workflows, and technology stack
- Advise on the optimal balance between off-the-shelf PropTech solutions and bespoke developments
- Identify use cases for automation and agentic AI across the real estate lifecycle (sourcing, underwriting, asset management, reporting, etc.)
- Recommend and design tailored solutions aligned with business objectives
- Support vendor selection and/or the design of custom-built tools
- Define implementation roadmap, including priorities, timelines, and costs
- Provide guidance on data architecture, governance, and integration
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders throughout the transformation process
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in real estate (investment, asset management, or operations) with strong exposure to technology
- Deep understanding of the PropTech landscape and available solutions
- Experience with AI-driven tools, automation, and ideally agentic AI concepts
- Track record of designing or implementing bespoke technology solutions
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders
