Teams across the business share a clear mission: delivering exceptional resident experiences today to create a lasting impact for tomorrow. The business is at a pivotal stage of its European expansion, actively deploying capital across Continental Europe — including Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and France — while raising additional capital to build a leading pan-European living platform spanning the full risk spectrum.

- Financial modelling and underwriting of new acquisition and development opportunities across Continental Europe
- Sensitivity analysis, scenario modelling and risk assessment
- Preparation of detailed Investment Committee papers and presentation materials
- Supporting negotiations on transactions including forward fundings and development joint venture structures
- Market research and sector analysis across European living
- Coordinating and reviewing third-party due diligence (legal, tax, technical, commercial, valuation)
- Identifying key transaction risks and proposing mitigation strategies
- Collaborating closely with internal Development, Asset Management, Operations and Finance teams to inform underwriting assumptions
- Managing transaction timelines and supporting execution through to completion
- Preparing materials for equity and debt capital raises
- Supporting structuring discussions and financing processes
- Responding to investor information requests and due diligence queries
- Assisting with investor presentations and ongoing stakeholder communications
- Supporting quarterly and annual reporting processes
- Preparing performance analysis and portfolio-level reporting
- Delivering ad-hoc analysis for senior management and investment partners
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented investment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable taking ownership of complex analytical workstreams.
Experience & Background
- 3–6 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong real estate transaction experience in Continental Europe and/or the UK
- Exposure to the alternative assets living sector (highly desirable)

Technical Skills
- Advanced financial modelling and quantitative analysis skills (essential)
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
- Excellent understanding of real estate valuation methodologies and capital structures
- Ability to review and interrogate third-party due diligence materials
Personal Attributes
- Highly analytical with strong commercial judgement
- Personable and collaborative team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage multiple workstreams and tight deadlines
- Self-starter who works effectively both independently and within a small team
- Proactive, detail-oriented and willing to go the extra mile
- Proficiency in additional European languages is desirable
