A pan-European real estate private equity firm is seeking to recruit an exceptionally strong, multilingual Investment Analyst to support its Investment team.
The Firm
The firm is an established investor specialising in real estate across Europe, with a strong presence in key Western European markets. The team has a proven track record of delivering strong risk-adjusted returns through active investment and asset management strategies.
Primary Responsibilities
- Analysing, underwriting, and supporting the structuring of real estate investment transactions.
- Leading financial modelling and research, while supporting the coordination of due diligence processes.
- Working closely with senior leadership on the execution of the firm’s investment strategy and European pipeline.
- Supporting post-transaction investment management, including asset management initiatives, financing activities, and investment/divestment decisions.
- Collaborating with external advisors, JV partners, operating partners, and property managers to execute business plans.
Background & Experience
- 1 to 3 years professional experience in real estate investment or acquisitions.
- Outstanding financial modelling, analytical, and research skills.
- Excellent academic background from a leading internationally recognised university.
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional European languages.
- Strong IT literacy.
