We are working on behalf of a leading real estate consulting firm to recruit a Director to lead and expand its Global Branded Residences & Hotel Advisory offering.
Responsibilities
- Lead and expand the client’s Global Branded Residences & Hotel Advisory offering.
- Oversee brand/operator search and selection processes for new developments.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with brand and operator partners.
- Drive brand positioning strategies for branded residences and hotel projects.
- Deliver operational advisory services across multiple international markets.
- Work on high-profile hospitality and residential projects across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support project success and strategic growth.
Experience
- Extensive experience in hospitality or branded residence operator negotiations and deal execution.
- Experience within hospitality, hotel, or residential advisory / development consultancy.
- Proven ability to generate new business and drive growth across international markets.
- Strong grasp of branded residence and hotel design, marketing, and positioning trends, with the ability to advise on creating market-leading lifestyle products.
- Strong commercial and client relationship management skills.
- Deep understanding of real estate development and hotel management agreements.
