Agente de servicios aeroportuarios Part time
En este rol velarás por la correcta ejecución de los procedimientos operacionales durante la atención y salida de las aeronaves en plataforma, garantizando el seguimiento en tiempo real de las actividades de cargue, con el fin de garantizar la seguridad operativa y el cumplimiento de los estándares establecidos por la compañía.
Funciones específicas:
- Realizar el monitoreo en tiempo real de las posiciones de las aeronaves en plataforma durante las fases de llegada y salida.
- Supervisar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos operacionales establecidos para el cargue de aeronaves.
- Verificar que se lleve a cabo el briefing entre el equipo de carga y operaciones terrestres antes del inicio de las actividades.
- Confirmar que la carga autorizada coincida plenamente con la que se presenta físicamente en plataforma.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de la secuencia operativa y los tiempos establecidos en el plan de atención en tierra (turnaround).
- Detectar, documentar y reportar oportunamente cualquier desviación operacional, condición insegura o incumplimiento de procedimientos.
- Registrar evidencia fotográfica o en video en caso de incidentes, desviaciones u otras situaciones relevantes.
- Participar en los briefings operativos al inicio de cada turno, para conocer la programación de vuelos y condiciones específicas del día.
- Brindar atención integral al pasajero en todos los puntos de contacto, garantizando un servicio de calidad, la gestión eficiente de incidencias (retrasos, cancelaciones, sobreventa), y la correcta ejecución de procesos comerciales y operativos tierra.
