Creche Teacher is responsible for taking care of children aged 2 to 5 years and developing children's speech skills while encouraging self-discipline. Responsible for managing the creche assistant.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Should take care of all the kids equally and provide proper care.
- Teaching kids with letters, words, rhymes, and stories.
- Inducing the mental sharpness of the kids through brain stimulation activities.
- Ensuring the kids are given indoor and outdoor playtime.
- Ensuring proper hygiene and housekeeping of the creche.
- Need to ensure quality and nutritious food is provided to the kids.
- Ensure kids are enriched with interim snacks/milk.
- Maintaining the students and staff attendance registers.
- Keeping records for material inventory and stock.
- Maintaining the minimum stock of hygiene and grocery items.
- Managing the daily routine schedules of the kids.
- Responsible for the safety of the kids.
- Complying with safety, biosecurity, and other company policies.
