In this maternity cover role, you will be joining a great team and contributing to a wide array of projects. Primarily, you will be responsible for acting as the point of contact for tracking, monitoring, and processing post-sale service contracts. This role is expected to run until April 2027.
- Calculate new service contract pricing and prepare client-facing proposal documents.
- Track and quote renewals of existing maintenance support contracts and provide client-facing proposal documents.
- Update and maintain various tracking reports and corresponding client folders with relevant information.
- Monitor emails for new installation project requests or support uplift pricing requests, where required.
- Monitor emails for service support contract compliance.
- Liaise with Account Managers to follow up on quotes issued.
- Track and report on quote status.
- Liaise with the Global Helpdesk team and Service Managers regarding service contract-related pricing and queries.
- Work closely with a global team of service contract co-ordinators, where required, to support global service contract management.
Must-Haves
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Self-starter capable of working independently and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities.
- Strong time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Nice-to-Haves
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2β3 yearsβ experience in a similar service contract support role (preferred).
- Experience utilising company intranet systems and CRM platforms; Salesforce experience is a plus.
