- Prepare and submit reports
- Ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Notify debtors of overdue accounts and payments
- Perform same duties as workers supervised
- Examine and verify the accuracy of work
